- You work as a 1099 Contractor - Thru the Arise platform for our call center.
- Arise Platform - Has been around since 1994. For over 30 years it has been a pioneer in the work from home movement. in fact, our founder has worked for the Arise platform for over 10 years.
- Paid training - You choose which client you want to work with and you are paid through out the training.
- Monthly bonuses - We like to keep things fun and light. We host fun monthly contests to our active reps.
- A variety of clients to choose from - From cable companies to banks to cruiselines to roadside assistance and the list goes on. There are lots of options to choose from.
- Competitive pay - Pay rates vary per client but you can anticpate industry standard.

How much time does this take?
Sign up takes 10 - 15 minutes. You will need to run a speed test on your computer or laptop to ensure it meets system requirements. It's important that when you sign up you enter our call center number which will be emailed to you immediately after filling out our interest form.
What equipment do I need?
Laptop and typically a 2nd screen is recommended as most clients require 2 screens. Your laptop or computer needs to have a CPU - Intel Core i Series (i3-9000, i5-7500T, i7-5000, i9) or better, Pentium G5400/N6400 or better, Xeon E Class or better / AMD Ryzen 5 or better. Free disk space 20 GB, Hard drive capacity 60 GB, Internet download speed 10 Mbps or faster, Internet upload speed 3.0 Mpbs or faster, latest windows revision, RAM 12MB, Network latency less than 200 ms. Note: some clients require additional equipment like webcam for example. This will all be advised in advance when you given access to the platform. Also all requirements listed are minimums you can have more than this and most computers do.
We also recommend running a speed test on your on beforehand so there are no surprises. https://speedtest.net/ is an option for running a free speed test.
How long is training?
Training varies but is typically 2- 6 weeks and 5 days a week for 4 hours on average.
Is training paid?
Mostly but some only pay for hours during training that you answer calls. This will all be listed in the work statement for each client.
What exactly do I get by joining?
You get access to work from home answering calls with one of our partner companies and earn extra money. You get to participate in our monthly bonus giveaways, you also get access to Goals & Grace Collective a mommy accountability group.
How many hours can I expect to work?
Each client has a schedule of when they release hours available. You choose your schedule in our Starmatic scheduling system. Most agents do this part time. If your goal is full time work then you may want to consider working 2 clients which is allowed.
What fees are involved?
There is a flat $25 administrative monthly fee. Arise charges 5% of invoiced earnings. We handle all of the processing for you.
What hours are available?
This depends on the client you choose to work with. There are clients that need 24/7 calls answered. Some that have 7 days a week availability during their open hours.
How much does this pay?
Varies per client but anywhere from $12 - $30/ hour is typical.
